Arrive at Marthadale from 10.00 am for a warm welcome before a prompt 10.30 start.
This workshop is designed to be interactive and collaborative, with guests encouraged to participate throughout the preparation of the day’s mezze feast. Working in small groups, you’ll prepare a range of dishes while learning Cath’s approach to flavour, balance, styling and generous Middle Eastern-inspired entertaining.
Alongside the hands-on elements, Cath will demonstrate key techniques and guide guests through the presentation and flow of a beautifully layered mezze table.
Following the cooking session, everyone will gather to enjoy the shared luncheon together, with plenty of time for conversation, questions and stories from Cath’s remarkable career in hospitality.
